Brandon Eldridge

Brandon Eldridge serves as the Executive Director of the Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where he leverages over 23 years of management experience to drive the growth and success of small businesses in the region. A passionate advocate for economic development, Brandon has dedicated his career to fostering a vibrant and sustainable local economy in Colorado Springs, a community he has proudly called home since 1998. 

With a strong background in nonprofit leadership, Brandon has cultivated a deep understanding of community needs, effective board governance, and strategic planning. His extensive experience includes serving on multiple nonprofit boards, where he has built a reputation for fostering collaboration, championing innovative initiatives, and supporting diverse entrepreneurs. Brandon was elected by his peers as a LPP Community Trustee in 2019, and recognized as a 2020 CSBJ Rising Star, further underscoring his commitment to leadership and community engagement. 

Brandon is also cyber-certified through the SBDC NorthStar program and has completed EDCC 101, equipping him with cutting-edge knowledge in cybersecurity and economic development to better support local businesses. His leadership style is rooted in connection and service, engaging stakeholders across sectors to facilitate impactful partnerships. His work emphasizes inclusivity, innovation, and results-driven strategies, ensuring that small businesses and nonprofits alike have the resources they need to thrive.
