Created to connect, support, and inspire all those serving the financial well-being of our Nation’s military and veteran communities, MBS2025 (formerly the AMBA Annual Workshop) is the premier event designed to strengthen military banking.

Group rate

A special group rate of $274+/night (US) will be offered to MBS2025 participants. The room rate is exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.4%) and includes the $25 per night resort fee. Housekeeping and other gratuities will be at guest discretion.

Included in the group rate is complimentary internet access in the sleeping room.

The Hotel cannot guarantee bed-type or sleeping room location but will certainly do its best to accommodate all requests.  Please make your room and special requests when you make your reservation.

Government Travelers

Rooms will be offered at the Federal Government Per Diem rate of $168+/night to participants traveling on the Federal Government Per Diem.  To obtain this rate, contact Centennial Conferences via email (amba@centennialconferences.com) with the dates of stay, bed preference and any other special requests. The hotel will then send you a hotel confirmation email and a credit card authorization for to guarantee your reservation. The credit card authorization form needs to be submitted within one week of receiving the confirmation email. As always, your US government ID must be presented upon check-in to receive this rate. Please note that the $25/night resort fee will not be included in your nightly room rate.

Reservations

For reservations, you can either book online at https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/COSDH/G-AMBA or by calling 719-538-4000 and reference you are attending the Association of Military Banks of America event to receive the group rate.

To obtain the workshop rate and the government per diem rate, you need to make your reservation no later than Monday, July 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:  

The hotel will require you to enter a credit card number to hold your hotel reservation. You may cancel your reservation with no penalty if cancelled by 6:00 PM on the arrival date. If you cancel after 6:00 PM on your arrival date, you will be billed for one (1) night room and tax charges.

Check-In/Check-Out 

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.  Early check-in and late check-out will be accommodated based on availability.  For late check-outs, please inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

Hotel Parking Fees

Overnight parking is included in the nightly resort fee. Any attendee not staying at the hotel can park complimentary in the main parking lot.

Taxi/Ride Share Service

The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is about 20 minutes (depending on traffic) from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

The estimated taxi and ride share costs from COS is $20 – $25 for one-way transfers.
