Lacey Langford is an Air Force veteran and Accredited Financial Counselor who transforms people’s relationship with money from fear to confidence. With over 15 years of financial experience, she understands firsthand the unique challenges military families face.

Driven by her belief that helping one person can truly lift all, Lacey bootstrapped and built two impactful ventures. She founded MILMO®, a community dedicated to empowering U.S. service members with financial literacy and entrepreneurial guidance, and hosts the MILMO® Show podcast. She also created MilMoneyCon, the first national conference uniting professionals with military ties.

Lacey’s authentic, no-judgment approach has made her a trusted voice in the military financial space. Whether speaking at conferences or coaching individuals, she’s passionate about making a positive difference in the military community, one service member at a time.
