The U.S. Army Garrison is conducting a solicitation for a banking institution at Fort Irwin, CA. This installation is home to the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR), Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), and also hundreds of privately-owned contractors and small businesses in the military community.
