Have you considered adding an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) to your team? If so, AFCPE® is offering an opportunity for employers to meet with some of the top counselors in the industry during the upcoming virtual Connections Fair.
How can you benefit from adding an AFC®?
AFC®s work with individuals and families to address money challenges, set goals, create action plans and ultimately build a foundation for long-term financial health. Like myself, the are many AFC® counselors that are military-connected, providing an additional level of knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges and needs faced when banking our service members.
In existence for over 30 years and with a membership base of more than 1880 worldwide, AFCPE® (Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education®) is dedicated to providing a high level of personal finance education, knowledge, and skill to professionals in the financial services industry who work day to day counseling and coaching individuals and families around personal finance.
AFCPE has certified over 3319 AFC®s and is currently working with an additional 1635 candidates.
How can you participate in the upcoming Connections Fair?
The event will be held virtually on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 2-4 pm EST. Follow the link for more information, pricing, and to register:
As a banker, I wish I had found this program and was able to utilize the knowledge and tools I gained much earlier in my career – especially when I think of the many financial literacy classes and team coaching sessions I lead.
If you are at all interested in adding an AFC® to your team, I encourage you to check out AFCPE’s upcoming Connection’s Fair – the best in the business will be attending and will provide financial institutions an opportunity to meet with them at a very lost cost (less than most online job postings).
I will be attending and hope to see you there!
