Annually, the Military Departments recognize on-base financial institutions that provided exceptional service to the community during the preceding calendar year. All winners will be honored at the 2021 AMBA Virtual Workshop on 23 August 2021.
- The Department of the Army announced the winner of the 2020 Army Distinguished Bank of the Year as Armed Forces Bank, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
- The Department of the Navy announced the winner of the 2020 Navy Distinguished Bank of the Year as Armed Forces Bank, Naval Station Great Lakes, IL.
- The Department of the Air Force announced the winner of the 2020 Distinguished Bank of the Year as First Arkansas Bank & Trust, Little Rock AFB, AR.
