Board of Directors of the Association of Military Banks of America:
As required by the By-Laws of AMBA Services Inc. (ASI), the ASI shareholders meeting will take place on May 5, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, Virginia in conjunction with the AMBA May board meeting. The ASI meeting will include updates on the founding of ASI and plans for the future.
