In December, we notified you that the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking financial institutions to operate overseas. DFAS just released its updated Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Overseas Military Banking Program (OMBP). Key dates for any bank interested in competing for the OMBP contract:
– Questions Due Date: April 19, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST. Questions must be emailed to Ms. Dana King at dana.l.king4.civ@mail.mil and Mr. William Mark Mayo at william.m.mayo8.civ@mail.mil.
– Proposal Due Date: May 19, 2022, at 3:00 PM EST
