Association of Military Banks of America

Naval Support Activity Annapolis – Bank Solicitation

The Commanding Officer of Naval Support Activity Annapolis (NSAA) is seeking the establishment of banking and financial services for the military and civilian personnel aboard the installation to include the U.S. Naval Academy grounds as well as the NSAA complex on the north side of the Severn River. We understand the face of banking has changed and the establishment of a brick and mortar facility may not be ideal based on your current or future business model. Therefore, non-traditional, innovative proposals that better meet the needs of our military community will be considered along with full-service banking proposals.

The enclosure agreement parts (1) and (2) (linked below) provides clarification on the type of establishment that can be implemented here at NSAA. If interested, please return your submission within 30 days of this notice (notice date: 10 Dec 2019). The specifics of your proposals should be in accordance with the provisions outlined in parts (3) and (4). Your proposal should highlight the value of your services and products to this community. Economic impact information is provided in enclosure (5).

We look forward to reading your creative proposal. The point of contact for all questions regarding this solicitation is Mr. Craig “Mel” Hamner at (410) 293-9331 or craig.a.hamner@navy.mil.
